3.1 7-Day Exchange Window
If an accessory (such as a collar, harness, or apparel item) does not fit your pet perfectly, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, free of pet hair or odors, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
3.2 Hygiene & Safety Exclusions
To protect the health and safety of all animals in our community, grooming tools, oral care products, and opened health-care items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they leave our distribution hub.
3.3 Processing Your Refund
Once your returned items are received and inspected at our central warehouse, refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
